1. Before registering on the website, the candidates should possess the following:
   1. Valid E-mail ID and Mobile Number as that will be used for all communication.
   2. Candidates should have latest passport size photograph on a white background (jpg or jpeg file only upto 100 kb) for uploading with the application form.
   3. Candidates should have photograph of signature on a white background in digital format (jpg or jpeg file only upto 100 kb) for uploading with the application form.
   4. Scanned copy of all the required documents for uploading (PDF file only upto 1 MB) with the application form.
2. Documents to be uploaded by the candidates:
   1. DOB: (10th/Matric Certificate) (pdf file only upto 300 kb)
   2. Caste/Tribe/PWD/EWS: (In the specified format) (pdf file only upto 300 kb)
   3. No Objection Certificate: (From present employers) (pdf file only upto 300 kb)
   4. Experience Certificate with date of joining / relieving: (Issued by employers) (pdf file only upto 300 kb)
   5. Candidates Signature (jpg or jpeg file only upto 100 kb)
   6. Colored Passport Size Photograph (jpg or jpeg file only upto 100 kb)
3. Filling up of Application
   1. Go to "Careers" page at www.sangeetnatak.gov.in.
   2. Read the instructions and eligibility criteria carefully.
   3. Click on the link of the position as mentioned above.
   4. Fill up all the required fields.
   5. Candidate Needs to Pay 300+ Taxes as application fee (Non - Refundable). Candidate will be only eligible for further process after Successful Payment of Application Fee.
   6. Ensure the information provided is correct and then click on submit. Application once submitted cannot be edited further.

   Note: Candidates are advised in their own interest to apply online well before the closing date and not to wait till the last date to avoid the possibility of disconnection/inability/failure to log on to the website on account of any technical problem.

4. After Registration:
   1. After successful submission of Online Application, the candidate must take a print out of the filled-in online application for future reference.
   2. For each candidate, a unique id i.e. a "Application No." will be created on successful submission of application on our website www.sangeetnatak.gov.in and it is mandatory to mention this Reference Number in each communication during the process.
   3. The exact date, time and venue of the Computer Based Test and thereafter Personal Interview call letter to the eligible candidates will be informed through E-Mail/SMS.
